Deundra was very punctual, professional and knew what he was doing. I have a home theater system that suddenly stopped work (Denon 8K receiver, 7.1 channel, Sony 4K projector and Apple 4K). Deundra not only got the system up and running again, but he recalibrated the sound and video projection above what I had before. The best part, he came on Black Friday after 6pm (arrived within 30 mins of connecting) and was in and out in about an hour. I definitely recommend!
