I had no idea what to do. My computer was running slow and the fan was blowing really loud. It kept shutting down and I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer. The guy that worked on my computer was able to get it running normal again, and stopped the fan from being so loud. I'm really happy that I don't have to buy another computer, I was worried I was going to lose all of my saved movies. Thank you for your help.
