Just moved into our new home and we were in the process of moving in. We noticed a leak under the sink, got in contact with Julio who responded to our message in a timely matter and offered a reasonable rate for his skills. He replaced the P-Trap under the sink and no more leak. Even though it was a quick job we appreciated his professionalism and guaranteed his work. Definitely was a help because like I mentioned at the beginning we just moved in and I wasn’t familiar how to fix. Excellent job and will definitely recommend

Julio did a wonderful job installing my new front door! Stumbled upon some obstacles along the way but he was solution based and took the time necessary to overcome them and ended up with a beautiful new front door to replace my old raggedy 45 year old one. He is very pleasant to be around and does great quality work for a more than fair price. Will definitely be recommending him to others and will use him again when the time arises.

Price per job is the cost of materials plus labor to complete the job and is also dependent on job site conditions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to welcome new customers to my Business family. I will perform an onsite survey of the job and quote accordingly. Normal quote time is same day or next day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Construction industry since 1973 working in Northeast Ohio. I have also built homes performing many phases of the home construction. I have experience in carpentry, electrical, roofing and Landscape design and installation.
