Cynthia was very responsive to my initial request. Loved working with her. Her agent was very timely, knowledgeable, professional and engaging. The Teens learned about CPR responsiveness and it is better to do something than nothing in an emergency situation due to Good Samaritan defense in Texas. I highly recommend this service.

Awesome CPR class! I have taken many CPRtraining classes down through the years, but this is by far the best! Cynthia is extremely knowledgeable and makes the class interesting and a lot of fun. I thought I knew it all, but boy was I wrong. By far the best CPR class in Houston!

As an RN I have taken multiple CPR classes. Cynthia was exactly on time, efficient, organized, and made the experience fun and educational. She had the exact amount of mannequins and supplies needed. I will definitely have her back in the future to train other groups.

I have been a nurse for 20 years and have taken BLS certification many many times. I came into the class with the attitude of ok, let's get this over with. But I can honestly say it was so much fun and I even learned a few new things. Cynthia at Premium CPR knows her stuff and knows how to teach. Highly recommended!
