This was a very difficult job with many challenges and setbacks, but D’Vaughn worked diligently until the project was completed satisfactorily. When others would have quit, D’Vaughn kept coming back, always with a positive and professional attitude. It is obvious D’Vaughn is a principled and disciplined man, guided by a strong work ethic and strong personal values. The challenges were outside of D’Vaughn’s control, and I was so impressed how he handled every new challenge with poise, honesty, and grit. He is a hard worker and LISTENS and I am very pleased to have worked with him. Will hire again!
