Mr Moore was very professional. He arrived first thing in the morning and right on time, appropriately dressed and groomed with identification ready, was very courteous, engaged in spirited conversation, and completed the task in a very timely manner that allowed me to continue with my other tasks for the day. What I liked the most was that he didn't try to upsell me on anything or push something that I didn't need, in fact he even gave me some advice on how to go about handling a different issue myself. The price was MORE THAN FAIR and the service was TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. I will DEFINITELY be calling Mr Moore for my future electricial needs and giving out his number to my friends and neighbors in need. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $89.00 with a two hour minimum plus a $29.00 trip charge for under 50 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We add their email, full name, physical address, and any other contacts in to our customer base. We then schedule the Work Scope for a time and day when it is convenient for them. We also have free estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Texas Electrical Contractor with a Texas Master Electrician License. We have a background in new construction, PLC, motor controls, NEC Code applications, instrumentation, troubleshooting, residential, blue print reading, etc.
