I’m a one man team. I have worked for other companies but am branching out on own. I will cost less than what the competition will, just send me a quote and I will beat it because I don’t have large overhead and marketing expenses like they do. I have 5 years of handyman experience and will get the job done quickly and effectively on budget !

I was wary because of the one star review. I went ahead and got the scoop on why. Apparently the person who left the review was out of town and wanted him to do the job and pay him after he sent photos of the job. He did not know if this was prudent and could be a scam. They also rather then wanting him to caulk 6 different areas of a roof and also paint told him they would only pay him 2 hours no matter how long it took because they knew “how long it should take”. He also had to pay for an hour and a half of gas out of 70$ the customer was wanting to pay for the work ! He put together a bid proposal for the job saying it would take 4 hours minimum including another 45 minutes of driving there and back so the customer gave him a one star. I’ll tell you personally I believe the story and he did a great job for us ! It’s unfair people can review someone without even having them do the work. Because he accepted and sent a bid they were able to give him a 1 due to not liking the bid which is horrible. TT should fix this ! If your thinking of hiring this young man , you should !

Its simple repair job of caulking the corners of the fascia and some painting, he offers by the hr. Then demands he does a bid. And complains its an hr drive even though he advertised right in brookshire where i live! Waste of my time as he makes a simple repair job into some expensive construction bid. He should stick to his by the hr, and not bait and switch.
