- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices, feets, and discounts are always negotiable. While we are not the cheapest, we are not the most expensive either. Our motto is "a fair price" because we understand the sacrifices our customers make to have the kitchen of their dreams.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule an appointment with the customer. Second, we ensure we understand exactly what the customer wants, including their ideas and perspectives. Third, we improve upon the customer's ideas or provide new suggestions if necessary. Fourth, we clearly explain to the customer how our work system operates. Finally, we present the customer with a detailed quote based on our discussion during the appointment.
