He installed a 26 kW Generac generator, gave me a very fair price, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire staff was kind and professional, and the technician was excellent. He spent over an hour with me explaining everything and even mentioned that he lives down the street and encouraged me to call his personal cell phone if I ever needed anything. The process took some time, but the end result was absolutely worth it. When they dug the trench for the gas line—about two feet deep—they didn’t hit a single wire or pipe, which honestly impressed me. Everything was done carefully and professionally. Overall, the service was phenomenal, and I highly recommend DEM Generac and Mr. Gaines.

The Staff with DEM are very professional. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and patient . He took time to explain what he was going to do and followed up with sending me a recap of the service via email afterwards! Everything went smoothly and I plan to continue using them the maintenance of my Generac generator.
