Very accommodating. Easy to work with. Best cost. Once agreement reached, his team mobilized at the agreed schedule to prep the site, install the generator and commission the system. I will recommend DEM to anyone out there who is interested in a cost competitive Generac standby generator.

We could have used a little more follow through on the project the project was only maintenance items of the generator not an installation

Per the Technician he explain the process and enlighten you that he would have to return with oil filter for your unit... as your systems was an older Generac systems. he also stated you had some confusion on the process for the auto testing which he took the time to again explain... In the end you also signed up for a three year maintience program with us as we where on site within 24 hours working on your unit. Please let me know from your position what we could have done better. Best Regards Ranse
