I hired Austin to do a couple of small repairs on our house. We had three plugs that didn’t work anymore, a ceiling fan that rattled, and a faucet that was in desperate need of attention. Electricians and plumbers quoted me hundreds of dollars for each repair. Austin was able to handle all of them for a fraction of the price. He talked me through all of the repairs he would make and even FaceTimed me at the store so I could pick out the ceiling fan I wanted. I wish I could give him fifty stars. Honest and transparent throughout the entire process he didn’t stay longer than needed and even fixed my garden hose mount on his way out.

Austin is a very polite and responsive handyman, however, when it came to the price I paid and what work was done, I am not satisfied. I provided some exterior caulk for the job, but silicone bath caulk was used and the caulk I provided went messing. I was forced to pay for his concrete hole saw that he used for the job, and didn’t even get to keep what I paid for. At the end of the day, I paid 200$ and the job wasn’t completed. The missing caulk and paying for the drill bit and not keeping it doesn’t feel right.

AUSTIN, DID HANDYMAN WORK FOR ME A FEW TIMES. HE HAS AFFORDABLE PRICES, BUT HE WAS ALWAYS LATE OR CANCELING. I FINALLY TOLD HIM ABOUT HIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM & HE BLOCKED ME & DIDN'T RETURN TO FINISH A PROJECT!! PLUS, WHILE DOING SOME HANDY MAN WORK AT MY FRIENDS HOUSE, AUSTIN ACCIDENTALLY BROKE HER EXPENSIVE CEILING FAN. MY FRIEND DECLINED HIS OFFER TO PAY HALF ON A NEW CEILING, BUT SHE DID ACCEPT HIS OFFER TO INSTALL THE FAN FOR FREE, ONCE SHE BROUGHT A NEW ONE. WELL, SHE DID BUY A NEW ONE, THEN AUSTIN CANCELLED ON THE DAY HE WAS SUPPOSED TO INSTALL IT. THEN ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE FOR AUSTIN TO BRING SOME FURNITURE OVER TO MY FRIENDS HOUSE, IN EXCHANGE FOR THE BROKEN CEILING FAN & FOR NOT INSTALLING THE NEW CEILING FAN. YET, SINCE HE GOT MAD AT ME, HE BLOCKED MY FRIEND TOO & HAS DISAPPEARED WITHOUT FULFILLING HIS OBLIGATIONS!!
