- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent, Upfront Rates Our pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/move-out, etc.), and any specific requests. No hidden fees—ever. Custom Quotes Every home or office is different. We provide free quotes based on your needs, so you only pay for the services you actually want. Discounts & Promotions First-time customer? Enjoy a welcome discount on your first clean. Recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly) come with discounted rates. Seasonal or referral discounts may also be available—ask us! Additional Fees Extra charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, pet-related cleaning, or specialty services (e.g., inside appliances, windows, or organizing). Parking fees may apply in certain areas (we’ll always let you know in advance). Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a small fee. Supplies & Equipment We bring our own professional supplies and tools. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know—no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry Respond promptly and professionally to calls, messages, or online inquiries. Ask key questions to understand the customer’s needs, timeline, and expectations. Provide clear information about services, pricing ranges, and availability. 2. Consultation & Estimate If needed, schedule a site visit (for cleaning/painting) or request photos (for car detailing). Explain the service options (basic vs. premium, interior vs. exterior, etc.). Provide a detailed estimate or proposal, outlining scope of work, materials/products used, and pricing. 3. Booking & Confirmation Confirm the service date/time that works best for the customer. Clearly communicate policies (payment, cancellations, guarantees). Send a written confirmation via email, text, or your scheduling software.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
