- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a competitive company, we won't be the cheapest but we also won't be the most expensive. We only use Sherwin-Williams paint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new customers, once I get your request, I will call you to introduce myself and verify what you are wanting done. I will inform you that I will text or call you the day before our appointment to make sure the time is still good. The day of your appointment I will text you when I am headed to your house. After arrival you will show me what work you are wanting done, I then will take measurements and pictures. I will email you your estimate.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a whole interior repaint for a customer to put their house on the market. It took 5 days. While on the job, the customer also asked for more work to be done and we were able to accommodate him.
