Robert was such a huge help and making repairs in my home. He explained what the issue was on a level that I could understand. He handled the repair with much skill and timeliness. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have absolutely no hidden fees. What we quote is what you will pay. Senior Citizens & Veterans receive a discount.
We are willing to match and/or beat any quote given through Thumbtack, you must provide a screenshot of the quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are considered by our prospect client we will do the following:
Reach out through SMS or by phone.
Get more details of the job if needed.
Depending on the task we will issue a quote via SMS that will not change when services are rendered. If the task needs an onsite quote we will schedule a time and day to visit the task location to give a quote.
If we are booked by the client then we set a date and send our team out to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The certifications that we have are HVAC & Painting. The other skills as far as make ready, flooring, installations, mounting, and all Handyman work come from years of working as a full service Handyman for various companies.
