- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically offer discounts for same-day or near by junk jobs, while adding fees for items like mattresses, couches, and appliances. Besides that, we price based on any picture the client sends in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, our customer texts us with pictures of what they want removed, from which we formulate and give them a quote to go off of. From there, we agree, get the address and time for the job, and come by to pick up the junk.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As high school students, we have no directly correlating training or education that connects to junk removal. However, we have grit, discipline, and a passion for working and customer service.
