The last time I used this company they were late but got the job done in 2-3 hours so no biggie. They were younger guys and moved quickly. The movers for this move were an hour and a half late (with no notice). Took longer than necessary to complete the load. We were expecting two hours.. maybe three (and prepared for four) and they were there for five and a half costing us DOUBLE what we were expecting taking money reserved for other moving expenses. We try to support black owned businesses when we can, but this is one we won’t use again. I won’t give them a one star (even though I should) because they unloaded all our heavy things away for us. I wouldn’t suggest this company for anyone to use unless you are packing up a small studio apartment and they are sending young guys (and even then I would still be wary).

We were very happy with All Professional Moving. This was a last minute move due to home repair and they responded quickly, arrived on time and were very easy to work with. We plan on using them again when it is time to move back into the space.

I absolutely love this company who had helped me throughout this whole process. Brandon and Monique were very professional, responsive, and patient with me. I had to wait for a month before I could even confirm the moving date that I needed them for. I wanted to put all 5 descriptions of how good they were to me. The 3 movers were the sweetest and worked so fast. No scratches or damages to my property or furniture even tho they carried it all up 3 flights of stairs (yes, I know 😭 I felt bad). They even reassemble my bed set and wrapped up the furniture pieces for me as well. PLUS they came earlier than the expected time which was awesome for me cause I knew they had other appointments to go to as well. Overall, this whole company made this moving experience so perfect and I will use them again in the future!❤️

We require a 2 hour minimum and a trip fee on every job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we always like for them to understand the process of the job being done. Also we email them a booking confirmation that explains our polices in detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all new workers to perform at the level that we expect from them before they go out on jobs.
