There was a delay since they originally went to the wrong address first, but that actually worked out for me since I needed a little more time to get stuff together. They wrapped some Items as needed, and loaded and unloaded everything very fast. Nothing got left that I wanted them to take and they were willing to help me move the things I had taken myself because they were more fragile. My dresser had a few pieces that were coming off after being moved (it's old), but I managed to fix that myself. A tote of mine was cracked, but it's a very small area and easily fixable. The guys were professional and did everything they could to save me money in the process. It made my move that much easier.

KEY NOTES: 1. Communication was great. 2. They move FAST!! A one bedroom townhouse moved into another one bedroom townhouse in less than 2 hrs.!! 3. The Team was PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. 4. Price beats all competitors. I had a 5 star experience working with Graceful Moves Moving Co. Communication was excellent from the quote to the move. Alex called me the morning of my move to let me know the team was on their way. They arrived on time and took a quick inventory of my items. Once they got to work they made sure to handle all of my items with care (no walls were scratched or damaged). They even moved some items that I did not expect them to be able to. In addition, my roommate had some other items to move to a different location and they were able to schedule her in for that same day. I will make sure to refer ANYONE to Graceful Moves Moving Co. for their moving needs.

They showed up later than the start time but when I made the appointment, they did state that the time was an estimate. Once the movers arrived, they were extremely positive and helpful. The main piece of furniture I had to move was insanely heavy and ungainly - they kept trying and smiling until they were able to get it out of the building and into the truck. I cannot underscore the degree of difficulty enough. Considering which, I was incredibly impressed with their kindness and patience. They were efficient, professional and genuinely helpful. Even my dog loved them.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of moving for other people and witnessing moving companies operate out of selfish gain. My wife and I decided to start a moving company that is solely geared towards genuinely serving our workers, customers, and our community.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had the pleasure to work with customers of many different ethnic, social, and economic backgrounds and statuses. We have also had the opportunity to move numerous businesses. No matter the customer or the size of the job; every job is done to satisfaction.
