Experience, a lot of people can do accouting, but I am offering over 20 years of experience in payroll and accounting in multiple states. I am offering the knowladge that comes with all this experience at a reasonable rate. I am offering accounting help for small business that need a little more help for the short or long term. I'm not trying to sell a huge package just want to help small businesses get past the accounting and payroll problems that can keep your small business from taking off. Creating a set of books is like doing a puzzle. It can be maddening at first but finding the right spot for each piece is fun and rewarding. Many do not see it this way but when you make a game out of it it can be a lot of fun.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard prices would be around 30 to 40 per hour, but I prefer to work out a flat rate so there are no surprises for either of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To find out the customer needs, I don't want to spend my time and their money doing more then they want. It's all about identifying needs and satisfying them in the shortest time possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best education you can have is experience. Yes I graduated from college but that was a while ago. The experience I get working in payroll and accounting daily is the best education I could get.
