Coach Brandon's Boot camp has more that 15 years of experience and will provide you a high quality of training that is meaningful, exciting, purposeful and a lifestyle. My training is unorthodox, meaning we will do a variety of things to maximize what you want to accomplished. My training sessions consist of weight training to build strength and muscle, circuit training to increase your cardio and burn calories in short intervals with different exercises at a high intensity. I provide cardio which is a variety of sprints, plyometrics, jump rope, position specific training for different sports. I provide core work to balance your abdominals and strengthen your lower back area. I provide nutritional info to help assist you with your diet. I trained groups, teams, elderly, age groups, adults and each training is different and depends on the group. I like to see my clients putting in the work and getting the results they are trying to obtain. It's fun and fulfilling for both of us. I went to coach miles to get better and faster and stronger for my freshman year of college basketball. When I was done with the training I felt a lot stronger and faster and felt more confident and ready to play my first year of college!

Mr.Miles is amazing, he push you when you want to quit. I give him five stars. I suggest if you want a grate trainer call Mr.Brandon.
