I reached out regarding a couple of in-person workout sessions while I was going to be in town. Based on the criteria that was auto-selected, the trainer thought that I'd be interested in online workouts as well.
I clarified that I was only interested in in-person and she proceeded to let me know that she paid money for this lead and that I should consider her personalized workouts.
After she pointed the finger at me a couple of times, I let her know I didn't appreciate her giving me a hard time.
