- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. All prices include setup and tear down. We do not use your rental hours towards setup and/or tear downs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is talk with our clients and find out what kind of event it is. We listen for clues from client to make the booth match their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both my husband and I are experienced. We have worked in almost every enviroment, me with teaching, my husband with the medical industry. We know how to communicate with kids, parents, professionals, and everyone in between. The fastest way to a failed event is a breakdown in communication.
