- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be straightforward and predictable. Management fees are based on collected rent, with a clear structure so owners know what to expect and aren’t surprised by hidden charges. For higher-rent properties, our fees are capped so the management cost doesn’t continue increasing as rent goes up. For lower-rent properties, we apply a reasonable minimum to ensure consistent service quality. We don’t charge setup fees or add-on administrative costs, and maintenance pricing is handled transparently. We’re always happy to walk through how pricing applies to a specific property so expectations are clear before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand your property, goals, and any immediate concerns. From there, we review the details of the home and current tenancy (if applicable) to confirm we’re a good fit and to outline expectations clearly. Once you decide to move forward, we handle onboarding, set up online access for owners and tenants, and take over day-to-day management — including rent collection, communication, and maintenance coordination. Throughout the process, we focus on clear communication so there are no surprises. Our goal is to make the transition smooth and get your property efficiently as quickly as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas for over 18 years specializing in Investment Real Estate and Property Management. We currently managed over $40 million in assets and have worked with 100's of owners and 1000's of tenants.
