I'm open to working with clients on their budgets and can offer discounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I initiate contact, I will schedule a meeting to discuss their goals for the transaction as well as home specifications and timeframe.
For buyers - I set up alerts for them to begin receiving new listings that meet their criteria and from there we schedule showings on houses they have interest in.
For sellers - I prepare a CMA to determine the appropriate value of their homes, get it listed on the MLS so interested buyers can begin viewing. From there, we receive, review, and select the best offer.
