- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Inspections & Estimates. No hidden costs or fees. We offer transparent pricing and everything is annotated in our contract. We offer a 5 year workmanship warranty and we offer both three and four star CertainTeed SureStart/SureStart plus warranties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A project manger would meet with the homeowner/property manager and go over our company folder. It includes our welcome letter, certificate of insurance, shingle manufacturer certificates we are a certified contractor with GAF and CertainTeed, and it includes the insurance process if the homeowner decides to take that route. The insurance process can be overwhelming I would walk you through the whole process and explain everything along the way. We would also go through the roofing system that we provide and educate the homeowner on the type of materials that will be used. We would also discuss warranty information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Served in the United States Marine Corps after that I moved on to private security contracting I decided it was time for a change and the rest is history.
