I’ve been working in the roofing, siding, painting & remodeling field for 7+ years. I’ve attended classes for roofing and siding as well to further expand my knowledge on different material brands. I got taught to do the job right the first time and never take shortcuts to finish “quicker”. We had a really tight timeline in getting the roofing replaced during a major remodel project. We were thankfully referred to Sterling Horizon. The team was very responsive in providing options and a detailed estimate. They were very knowledgeable in responding to questions and said they could commit to the tight timeline. Both my wife and I are very familiar with roofing and wanted to ensure we had a quality installation.
Carlos provided a start date and had good communication when the date had to move due to several days of stormy weather. The Sterling Horizon crew came as scheduled and had the old roofing off and new roofing back on in 2 days. The crew was very courteous and professional, and very efficient. The quality of work was exceptional. Clean up of the job site was excellent, you wouldn’t even know they were there, except the new roof.
