I had 30 years old pine tree which was killed by infectious disease, 5 oak trees about 17 years old and several big crepe myrtles about 15 years old. They did an excellent job on dead tree removal and trimming. They were punctual and efficient especially the arborist is very knowledge about trees. I am very happy with their services. I will hire them again and recommend their services to other cosummers if they need tress trimming and removal.

We had our trees trimmed and made arrangements to have the roots removed later in the year. Daniel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with our choice and will continue to use his service in the future.

Daniel Arias came to our residence to look at the trees we wanted trimmed. He provided detailed information about the cost, discussed the entire process, and courteously addressed my questions and concerns. He and his crew arrived promptly the day the job was scheduled. After arriving, Daniel reviewed the job details again to ensure we were both on the same page. The crew worked efficiently and, when finished, removed all of the limbs and debris from the front and back yards. We are very pleased with the newly trimmed trees and removal of another tree! Daniel is genuinely committed to providing his customers with excellent service. We look forward to hiring this company for future jobs and certainly plan to recommend Green Industry Tree Service to others, without any hesitation at all!

Originally I hired them with the intent to trim an old (and very large) ash tree, but when Daniel arrived to provide a quote, he recommended that the tree simply be removed to save myself money in the long run (between the regular trimmings that would otherwise be needed, the tree being in poor condition already, and the roots invading my foundation and driveway). I took the offer to remove the tree, and he was very flexible with allowing me time to get HOA approval. By the time I got the official go-ahead, his team began traveling away to another state to take care of hurricane damage there, then came back about a month later to take care of my tree, which they took care of while I was away at work for the day. The grass was a bit torn up after the work, which was expected, but they also left a mess of wood chips and misplaced dirt and stones all over my yard, which I'm hiring another team to take care of. I would still recommend Daniel and his team for their flexibility and insights.

I am sorry Robert, the reason the grass was a bit torn up, its because the stump was so big. when we ground the stump and ground up the surface roots on the yard, there was no other way around it, and im sure you didn't want 6 inch in diameter and 20 feet long surface roots all over your yard. we cleaned up everything, but when you grind a stump that size and unless we dig a huge hole, there will be the mulch/dirt in place of the stump that was ground out. I really appreciate your business, and you sounded happy with the service when I talk to you. please give us a call, next time you need anything. thank you very much
