Javier did extensive work in our bathroom. He removed the old vinyl wallpaper, repaired drywall (smaller holes and larger areas with water damage), added a bullnose corner, added texture (knock-down), painted walls and ceiling, repaired the baseboard and the door trim (water damage). Javier did an excellent job! He showed up exactly on time, he was very flexible working around other work that was done on the bathroom and did some small repairs that went beyond what we had originally discussed. He protected everything very well (adding texture can be messy) and cleaned up everything nicely after each day. He worked some long days just to get the work completed quickly. The price was exactly what he had quoted originally and it was completed in the amount of time he predicted. We are very happy with the result, everything he did looks excellent. He was also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him.

Javier Cortes painted about 1800 sq FT of our house, including wall, ceilings, trim, and doors in three days! Excellent work! He was on time, quiet, and did not get a drop of paint anywhere it didn't belong. I'm definitely calling him again.

Javier arrived early everyday and was professional throughout the project timeline. He was willing to work with me on adding last minute details and he stands by his finished product. javier is the 4th drywall installer and 6th painter i have used over about 20 years of remodeling. his work is impeccable and basically 'over the top'. he is neat, thorough, punctual, and does what he promises to do. i cannot find fault with anything. and to top it off he cleans up extremely well when he is finished even to the point of wet mopping any residual dust after sweeping. the job site (a 28 x 40 ft. outbuilding with 1/2 bath) was cleaner when he left than when he started and the paint job was absolutely perfect. no spatter, no blemishes, no missed spots. his motto of 'quality only' is completely accurate and lived up to and so if you want a top quality job he is the 'go to guy'!
