I originally found a leak due to the city posting a leak detection notice on my door, along with the increased water bill. After finding out it was due to a burst pipe next to the city line, both Alejandro and Roy came out and replaced the broken pipe and installed a pressure reduction valve on the same day, replacing and installing insulation boxes on both. They did a professional job for a fair price, and left me with peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about burst landscaping pipes again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about WD Plumbing or Alejandro and Roy. Our water heater started leaking pretty severely. I messaged WD, and within a few minutes, Roy called and asked how he could help. He and Alejandro were able to come out (and exactly within their predicted window!), diagnose the problem, and fix it, all in the same day. They were very respectful of our house and our time. Alejandro explained the issue and possible solutions clearly. Our issue required a replacement water heater, and they managed to secure a new (better) one of the same brand in the same afternoon. After Alejandro and Roy installed, they took the time to explain and demonstrate the new features and other important things regarding the system. Alejandro takes great pride in his work, and it’s well earned - it both looks and functions better and safer now! We are very satisfied with our care and recommend WD Plumbing, Roy, and Alejandro.

Alejandro did two different jobs for me. He snaked a drain at my residence that was clogged and changed out a garbage disposal at a rental I own. Showed up on time, got the job done, and cleaned up the work site. I will hire them again.

Alejandro came through for us! I messaged him as a new customer at 11:30 at night and to my surprise he responded and set up an appointment to come the next morning! This was also right in between Christmas and New Years when it's hard to get a h old of people so I was impressed. He came when he said he would, communication was effective, appointment confirmation via text and a notification when he was on his way. He had show covers on and was very respectful. He gave us great advice on our multiple slow draining sinks and shower and did a repair under our kitchen sink where we had a leak. He did his best to save us money while also providing great service. I recommend and will be using again in our next plumbing situation!
