- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is not a one size fits all program. Many attorneys do this and it is just not good for the client. We talk to each client and access there needs in the initial interview. We are then able to give them an accurate price based on their actual individual need and not based on some arbitrary number that includes many things that are not needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the case. The things we always do are communicate with our clients on a consistent basis, keeping them informed every step of the way and making sure we leave no stone overturned in handeling their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do at lease 15 yours of continuing legal education and am a member of numerous criminal defense organizations. I am always researching issues so that I can truly represent my clients and get them the absolute best possible outcome in their case.
