- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to accurately price your request, I prefer to have a brief no-cost phone consultation to discuss what you have in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Business Consulting, once we agree in writing to the engagement terms and compensation, it's important to have a binding 'NDNC' Non Disclosure Non Circumvention agreement in place to protect both parties. With the formalities behind us, we can sit down and review your company's current situation and discuss your vision. Then we will strategize as to how we progress from 'here' to 'there' within time and budget constraints. Next, let's test our brilliance and see if it works. If it does, we roll it out. If not, we will review the effort, integrate what we've learned and keep testing until we find the winning solution. As for career counseling, we can employ the same general process, but the NDNC isn't necessary.
