FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When seeking out an attorney it is good to know what the attorney's hourly fee is as well as how much they require the client to advance towards their case. Asking for retainer amounts as well as if a firm offer's payment plans can give you a inside on whether you will be able to afford the attorney's services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up each prospective client with a strategy session. Each session lasts for one hour or more and we offer a full comprehensive evaluation of their legal case. If you have a case already pending we ask that client's bring a complete record of any paperwork, court papers, or anything relevant to be used during the session. We offer solutions as well as discuss possible fees associated with the case and retainer amounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed to practice law in Texas and have primarily practiced in Dallas, Collin, Denton and Tarrant County Courts. 85% of my practice is dealt with high contested litigation involving Family law. I have also been a licensed mediator since 2013.
