Introduction: I can teach both you and your dog how to communicate with each other so that you can successfully accomplish all basic obedience commands--come, heel, sit, down and stay. And I do this IN YOUR HOME, where you and your dog live and where any problems begin. I communicate exceptionally well with animals (people as well--I am a certified Life and Business Coach) and can teach you how to relate to your dog in such a way that he/she will do as you please. My program charge is $600 for six sessions. We work on basic obedience commands and then any specific behavioral problems that are unique to your situation. With many years experience training dogs combined with my experience as a life and business coach, I love helping you and your dog develop a relationship beneficial to you both. That special bond can be awe inspiring and I love being part of the journey.

Dog Training

Pamela was great to work with. Not only did she train our pup to be a good boy, she trained myself on how to be a better dog dad. I was shocked how much I learned from Pamela. Our pup is so well behaved now and it’s all because of Her. I’d recommend her to anyone. ESPECIALLY if you have a German shepherd. She’s amazing! You won’t regret it!

Dog Training

Pamela was great with my puppy! She gave me the tips I needed to be able to train my puppy with obedience commands (heel, sit, down, stay, come) which translated to having my puppy listen to me when needed! She also helped me house train my puppy with the tips she gave. Additionally, she made the barking better when I would leave/ enter the house with practice! Overall Pamela is a great person and a great trainer :) you will learn a lot!

Dog Training

With many different ways or techniques to train your dog nowadays, I am beyond grateful I found Pamela to train my English Bulldog. Pamela's approach to dog training is one of the only few in Dallas that does not use treats to train. With this approach, your dog not only listens to you better, but longterm wise they won't keep looking at your hand or for the nearest bag of dog treats nearby to determine if they should listen to you. This has taught my dog to fully understand my commands better and build a better relationship and bonding experience between her and me based on praise training. My dog now listens to me without having to have any treats on hand or nearby.

Dog Training

Our German Shepard/Husky mix was a rescue at 4 weeks old. He had difficulty with other dogs and people and we thought he had aggressive tendencies. We learned through Pam that he was lacking confidence and was insecure versus aggressive. Because of Pam’s help we have a new pup who is a confident/secure dog! Well worth the money!! Highly highly recommend Pam!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My program fee is $600 for one dog and $725 for two dogs. In six sessions we cover basic obedience commands--come, heel, sit, down and stay. We then incorporate those commands into your every day life such as no jumping on people, walking on a loose leash, no continuous barking--anything that stops this dog from becoming a complete family member. I don't want you to have to ever make excuses for your dog.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I work the dog through the basic commands. The dogs are obedient. Then the work begins. I teach the people how to communicate with the dog so the dog can be as obedient with the owner.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always had a special way with animals. I had a horse farm and worked with both horses and dogs. When I retired from the advertising business, I knew exactly how I wanted to spend my time--training people and dogs to become a true team.
