Arthur and his team helped us convert a half bath tucked away in a bedroom into a full fledged laundry room! From the initial estimate and breakdown of costs, to the final clean up, the team was professional and hard-working throughout. The costs were broken down in a very detailed manner, and all questions were responded to promptly. The work took around 3 days, and the guys asked for my input constantly, kept me in the loop, were punctual daily, and - very important to me - were extremely clean! They kept what was working in the bathroom intact while accounting for all the things a laundry room would need (cabinet, exhaust fan, tile work were already in bathroom). It’s very difficult to find contracting work you can trust, so it’s a pleasure to have found them. They are attentive to detail and complete professionals. Will definitely hire again and again.

GCR construction went above and beyond our expectations. We have utilized this group for another project and when it came to an expansion project that we wanted done, we called them immediately. They came to our home for a meeting and took detailed notes of our project and vision and came back with a contract outlining costs and details. The crew that worked on our project were punctual and professional. They communicated efficiently and kept us apprised of the progress on our expansion. There should be an option for 100 stars on this review! Long time homeowner. Lots of contractors hired over the years. Some good, some not so much. These guys blew me away from the minute I met them. On time for estimate (early), and every day for 2 weeks. I went with Arturo and his team because I could tell they knew what they were doing. His level of experience was obvious. I could also tell they take care of their whole team. Whatever industry you’re in, taking care of your team shows in your product. The quality of work these men did is top notch. We’ve never had a better experience working with any contractor. Not even close, and they went above and beyond every day. They even swapped out the hardware on a vanity I bought to match everything else, which was something I didn’t want to bother them with and was going to do myself. I mean it - white glove treatment all the way. They kept the house protected and cleaned along the way. Aside from the necessary tools, you couldn’t even tell they were here. They remodeled two bathrooms and changed a ton of lighting in our house. They were always available to talk. Words cant describe how happy we are with this project, but the fact that I can’t stop standing in our bathrooms and looking around should say a lot. I mean, who wants to stand in a bathroom? If they remodel yours, you will too. Oh, and there was an outside faucet issue separate from what we hired them for. Several plumbers told me they didn’t know what was wrong with it. He knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it in 5 minutes. They know what they are doing. We will hire them again to do a bigger project later this year. There are lots of good contractors out there, but the best of them are miles behind this crew, I promise. 100 stars.

Pricing varies, in construction so many things can change the way estimates are worked out. But we are always competitive in pricing and try to accommodate all clients to their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a written estimate. If everything looks good to the client. we will set a start date and give an approximate date of completion. I try to be as transparent as possible so the my clients don't come across any surprises.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this business because of my father. He has been doing this over 30 years and is still in the business. We actually work together with someone with over 30 years of experience on the same team we can handle just about any job.
