What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $45 with a 1 hour minimum charge. Certain projects such as installing window treatments, I switch the billing to per window. Depending on travel time, I may ask if you have any other work to be done to minimize the back and forth driving.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please don't get frustrated when I ask a lot of questions- I want to provide great service and without actually seeing the project area, it necessitates getting as much information as I can. I love serving the customer and I want to do a great job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC training through York Technical Institute. This provided not only HVAC training but basic plumbing and electrical know how.
