For transactional work including M&A assistance and corporate formations, we provide customized quotes based on the complexity of your matter. Throughout the process, we maintain regular communication and provide updates on progress and next steps.

I have 14 years of experience in intellectual property law, having handled thousands of trademark filings. I focus on trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and maintenance, with additional experience in M&A assistance for small businesses, corporate formations, and asset protection strategies. My practice focuses specifically on serving small to mid-size businesses and entrepreneurs.
