Joe was my personal trainer for about 8 months. I’m a slim guy and wanted to gain about 20-25 pounds of muscle and with his help on nutrition and a steady routine I was able to achieve my goal. He’s very patient but at the same time pushes you to get the most out of your work out. He checks in regularly and helps in any way that he can and is always willing to respond to any questions. He’s helped me make a lifestyle change that I’ll be sure to carry over.May 8, 2018Verified
I would definitely recommend Euphoria. Joe is exactly what I was looking for in a personal trainer. Workouts are challenging and fun!Dec 24, 2016Verified
I did personal training with Joe for 1.5 years. I saw results within the first 6 months. Body fat reduced from 25% to around 19% (It could have been more if not for my poor diet). Joe is a great trainer. By the time I was done with his 1 hour session, I would be sweating like a pig. His full body work out was all inclusive and well paced.Sep 15, 2016
Joe does a tremendous job in personalizing a tough and effective workout. His gym is state-of-the-art with all new equipment and exercises for all fitness levels. If you are looking to get a personal trainer who can motivate you and deliver results, I would highly recommend Euphoria Fitness.Sep 15, 2016
As a former skinny dude, I have constantly heard and read the same advice over and over, “you gotta eat more”, “eat more protein”, “work out more”, “take supplement X”. I can’t count the number of times I have committed to putting on weight and failed. So I knew when I moved to Plano from California and that I was going to do whatever it took, that this was gonna be an aspect of my life I was committed to succeeding in. Since starting to train with Joe, almost 3 months ago, I’ve put on about 10 pounds of muscle and about 2 pounds of fat. Overall putting on definition and dropping my body fat. I’m reaching new levels of fitness and have never looked better. Right now I train 2 to 3 times a week with Joe, which is more than enough. The workouts he plans continue to challenge me and my body feels it. I am on a steady to path to hit my goal of being 165 pounds well before July 2018. It’s not always glamorous though. At the end of the day it’s me sweating in the gym and putting in the effort in my dieting. Eating 2700 calories for some people may be a dream come true, but for me it takes effort. Sometimes it takes more effort than actually working out. When I’m in the gym, I’m trying to put in as much as I can. After all, I can’t get bigger if Joe lifts the weights for me. And some days I do want to skip the gym and sleep in, but I know that if I want to achieve my ideal physique I have to put in the work. After training with different people, I’ve found that a good trainer does 3 things: cares about you, keeps you accountable, and knows how and when to push you. I’ve found that when I workout with friends or by myself, I’ll convince others and myself that I don’t have the energy to finish the workout, or skip an exercise here or there. Now I know that it’s just me making excuses and being lazy. Sometimes I’m surprised when Joe tells me to do 1 more rep and then another 5, and that I’m able to. This rarely happened when I used to workout by myself. So if you’re looking to make a change in your life and can commit some time to see some change, contact Joe. He’s the right guy for it.Nov 29, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes i offer many different packages for private training and small group training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I take the potential client through a free consultation that involves an overall fitness evaluation: workout, going over the clients goals, diet, check their weight and body fat %, and develop a written plan that pertains to that client's individual fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In high school, I signed up for the power lifting/weight training course at the age of 16. That is where I noticed that I had a passion for fitness, so I made the decision to attend the National Personal Training Institute, where I completed 500 hours of hands on training. I have now been a certified personal trainer for 11 years and have many success stories from past/current clients. Fitness is my passion and my clients are my success.
