Rating 3.5/5 Clark replaced the toilet valve for our business today. The cost was $225 but we got a $10 discount based on the message received via Thumbtack so we paid $215. Clark was responsive & did a follow up response which was why I reached out to him regarding our issue. The reason for the 3.5 stars is because I feel there is a way a professional should conduct themself in a business establishment. Yes customers will want to negotiate price or ask about discounts especially if they research the cost to replace things because yes that is the “nature of the business” & there is no harm in people doing such (probably certain you have done the same in your lifetime). There are other establishments that are always in need of plumbers. Though I wasn’t pleased by some of the things he said while doing the job, I strongly believe in supporting small businesses so I will share his contact information to other businesses that are constantly seeking plumbers for renovation needs and general repairs. If I could offer some advise, it would be to never “vent” while doing the job. Overall he did the job that needed to be done. Thank you-
