My wife and I just worked with Tom and Ramon.Everything went well until we made our last payment and then the things that were not legitimately and professionally done started to show. They brought in a new crew at the beginning of February stating that they were more experienced than the previous. (They damaged more than what they fixed.)It is now mid March and they are starting to procrastinate. ( It's seems since I am around the corner for my yr warranty, that that's what they are trying to let expire)I just want my Bathrooms done they way they promised. But now since we definitely will not be spending more money with GGS they are not giving us the same care.I am seeking legal advice but I didn't know what else to do but to speak My Truth on here...Hopefully it helps someone.Their integrity, their professionalism and cleanliness was a disappointment

Where do I start...I have a small bathroom totally remodeled. Before finding Global Green Solutions, I had fired 2 contractors already. They were both handy man types, so I decided to look for a legit company I thought was Global Green. Firstly, the "salesman" who gave me the quote did not communicate with me or the contractors they subcontracted to do the work. The man who did the tile work was pretty good and he even came back late one evening to finish. Apparently, his boss never got him the grout he needed to complete the job on time. Then the rest began with different workers. I never knew when they were coming, and I went an entire week without hearing from anyone at all. A job they said would take 2.5 weeks took over a month. The men putting in the door on my shower shattered half of it and left glass throughout my house. About half way in the tile guy showed up at my house and wondered why he hadn't been paid yet. I was paying the company my payments so I had no clue. This continued until the job was done and I am still unsure if the tile guy ever got paid. The paint job was shotty and the texture was subpar and sloppily done. The last week the head contractor was the only one showing up to my job and I am not sure he even knew how to do everything. I asked for a corner bench in the shower that was not done and I was told the salesmen never told the head contractor and adding it later could cause leaking. Same with and extra plug that they were supposed to install because they didn't wire in the mirror I have to a switch which I was told would be done. After it finally being "complete" I've discovered so many flaws. The shower doors don't go down all the way so with every shower the floor gets wet. The brand-new faucet in my sink spits water out everywhere and I am having to remove it myself and see it I can get the sediment out and try again. The rock floor I have in the shower was definitely not sealed correctly and is already starting to get wet dark lines in the grout. So I will have to get that resealed. The head contractor on the last week just didn't seem to care. I paid this company $9800. I feel like I got a $2000 job. I would not recommend.

Dear recipient,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services I received from your company. My project began in October 2024 and dragged on through the holiday season due to a lack of communication and care from your project managers.Despite assurances from a new project manager in January 2025 that the issues would be resolved, the work remained incomplete. Your company even had the audacity to request final payment before finishing the job. I provided half the amount, but the work was still unsatisfactory.I was forced to hire another company to rectify the damage caused by your team, costing me an additional $3,000. Your company's negligence left me with nails showing in my siding, a broken screen, missing light cover, bent gutters, and trash strewn about my property.I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and the financial burden your company has caused me. I strongly advise others to avoid your services.Sincerely,Patrick
