- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price to be cost sensitive to the customer. We understand budget limitations and will work with the customer to price to meet or beat expected costs for a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new people and hearing the stories about a project. We will first respond immediately to the opportunity. Then send a crew out to review the situation and details to draw up a quote. If we can develop the necessary quote from photos, even better! Saves time and money. Once customer approves the quote we can execute the project quickly, usually within one week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe you cannot go to school for this. Our experience is our training. Since 1999 we have been servicing the Texas area industrial, commercial and individual market. We own and service our equipment and are connected throughout the necessary channels to get the job done.
