After having a very bad experience with my last pool guy, that left me high and dry with black pool full of leaves, a blown light, and a brand new pump that went bad after a couple of months due to his poor installation.
I was ready to give up, until I contacted Kustom Pro Pools. They came out evaluated what needed to be done to get my pool ready for the summer. Right from the start he was very knowledgeable and upfront with what needed to be done. He was also openly transparent about his very affordable pricing and was completely honest with me every step of the way. They worked hard on my pool and turned it from a black leaf filled stained swamp to a clean crystal clear deep blue oasis. They fixed my equipment, light, Polaris, and replaced my pump with the correct size pump for my pool, all for a VERY affordable price.
I would recommend Kustom Pro Pools to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, transparent, affordable, HONEST pool service company.
They truly are the best!

Chris is a very professional person. My new pool equipments got destroyed during the freeze. Original company that built was unable to get parts to fix for months.
Chris came out and gave a free evaluation (some other pool guys charge just to come out). He sourced for the parts and got the pool usable pronto!
His prices are very reasonable, he is very courteous and took his time to explain exactly what needed to be done. He responds to phone calls (a rarity amongst other contractors I have used in the past).
I am very glad I found Chris. I have been so impressed with him and his services that I referred my neighbors who needs pool service to him.
