Cat did an incredible job on our shower! I thought we’d be facing a full redo of all the tile, but she was able to redo the mess on our previously incorrectly installed grout and sealer. The grout was stained, chipping off, and completely gone in many places. Now it looks better than it did when it was newly installed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge anywhere from $1.25-$2.00 per square
foot depending on the type of tile and the level of cleaning needed. We are woman owned and I know first hand what it is like to find out later you were gouged so I am extremely passionate about not gouging customers. I price fairly and strongly believe in my quality of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and do a free estimate in person as well as measure the areas that you are wanting done. This is to ensure that you are charged fairly. for the amount of square footage being worked on. I will bring color swatches to hold up against the tile so you can choose what will look best for your home. I 100% believe in honesty and if there is a deeper issue with potential mold, shower leaks, cracks, etc I am going to be transparent about what can be done, even if it means I do not get the project. Once the estimate is received and you are ready to move forward I will book the appt to come out and get it done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this line of work for almost 7 years. Experience is important in this trade. You want someone who has done many different types of projects and knows what to do if they encounter an issue.
