Having worked with contractors for the past 2 years on a home remodeling project, I knew I had to find the right contractor to fix an A/C issue at my parents house.I hit up trusty Google Maps to find an A/C repair company that wasn't too far from my parents. After calling a few options I decided to schedule Got Flow Plumbing and A/C Services. Chris called me the same day and said he could be by first thing in the morning.Upon arrival they did exactly what we discussed. Chris and Matt reviewed the problem I discussed and provided quite a few options. From a low-end solution to a higher priced better long term solution. We settled in the middle and the services was performed and executed flawlessly. In regards to the price and value, it's hard to say. I think a tad bit higher than some other quotes but the professional service and knowhow are well worth it.When purchasing a new A/C for our renovation project I had weeks to meet and review quotes and bids. With the A/C going out in Houston summer, you really can't be waiting weeks. Overall, I'm happy with the service and cost and would highly recommend Got Flow Plumbing and A/C Services.

I called Got Flow Plumbing after I noticed one of my bath sinks was clogged with the AC line running on same pipe. They took my call and scheduled a time to meet the following day. Mathew and his workmate arrived the next day as promised and fixed the problem. These guys are reliable and professional, definitely recommend.

Friday afternoon, AC had been out for 5 DAYS. Called at least 5 places, Got Flow was willing to help right away. Even the landlord wasn't going to send a tech until Saturday. Chris is a genius, a friendly, humble, hard-working technician and he got it started up in about 1 hour. Professional, smart, gets it done, I will use them in the future 100%.

A/C Service. This is my first job with "Got Flow". Chris did a Excellent job with Time, Knowledge & Communications in the details of the cause and effects of the problem that I was having with my A/C. Finding the solution very fast.
