Our Ac unit stopped working on a hot holiday evening, they came out to fix it. Pricing was fair. I had another issue at our rental and got several bids from 5 star AC companies I found on Google. They did not diagnose it as accurately and did not give us correct solutions. For example, one said someone messed with it, another said it was so comprised that we need a new unit and new ducting work. He quoted us a price of a car. He didn’t even notice that our duct work was metal and didn’t need to be ripped out. But this business did! So glad we had them come out and fix the issue precisely without costing us a fortune.

3R showed up within 45 minutes after I contacted them about a major leak from my AC into my ceiling. They were extremely professional and fixed it right away. They did not try to sell me on a new AC, and they showed videos and pictures of the problem and what work they planned to do. The contractors are very responsive and punctual. They are very professional and being willing to educate. They have helped me fixed the compressor issue and cleaned up the clogged condensate pipe at two different times. The work was done very well in both times.
