Jose and his team were exceptional. Scope of work—Fireplace demo and surround, Kitchen renovation with custom cabinets, vent hood and bar. New hardwood floors throughout with water popping and custom staining to achieve a seamless look with a rich stain. New tile in the laundry room and bathroom, updating electrical, replacing chandeliers, updating water valves etc. paint throughout. The crew was timely and respectfully as they dutifully worked for three months to completely transform our home. They worked diligently to custom match our existing cabinets—No builder grade shakers here! All custom, gorgeous carpentry work. If something wasn’t perfect—They did it again. Jose took time to visit the slab yard and hardwood floors to ensure everything sourced was of the best quality—Something I really appreciated. His team was always respectful, hardworking and kind. They worked 6 days a week around the clock to ensure we received an excellent product. I look forward to working with him again and wouldn’t dare allow anyone else to touch our home. The only thing I ask is that he doesn’t get tooooo busy to take on my smaller projects :) Rarely do people walk away with zero complaints after an extensive remodel. I have none and would recommend Jose time and time again. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

From our first meeting I knew that our project was in good hands with Silva Remodeling. Jose came on site and offered multiple options for our bathroom remodel. In the end the project was more complicated than he thought, but he and his crew found creative solutions without charging us more, something only a talented crew and solid Project Manager could do. They also seamlessly added new hardwoods throughout the house. Highly recommend them for all your projects.

Working with Jose and his crew has been nothing short of a breeze. Not only he himself but his crew are very meticulous and thorough with their work. For the 2.5 months they were in my house where they removed popcorn ceiling, repainted the whole house & did a master bathroom remodel (I knocked down the wall to the walk in closet, expanded it about 2 feet into the attic and installed a window. Also made a steam room cum walk-in shower) they were professional and kinda became a family while they were here and helped with other mini-projects too. I was really happy with the prep work and the clean up after as well. Jose also was flexible Nd patient as I went ahead and changed the plan for the Mayer bathroom a couple of times. It was refreshing to see someone who took pride in their work, their brand and the quality. Most importantly, they were very economical too! I will highly recommend them!

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Silva Remodeling and Construction! After 5 years of waiting and saving, we were finally able to do our kitchen renovation. We met with three different contractors and immediately vibed with Jose - his communication and professionalism was top notch and I really loved that they are a small local and family owned business. Their pricing was competitive and their estimates were easy to read and transparent on all costs, what is included, etc. When the work began, the small team was on time and very respectful of our home. My husband and I both work from home so we were around most days and really appreciated the team who was onsite each day. The job was completed efficiently and any minor hiccups along the way were solved quickly (most, if not all of which were out of their control.) I plan to contact Jose and Silva Remodeling with all future renovation and home project needs and would recommend them to my friends and family. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and was so pleasantly surprised with the entire experience - we know it doesn't always go that way, so we're very grateful!
