Jose and his team were exceptional. Scope of work—Fireplace demo and surround, Kitchen renovation with custom cabinets, vent hood and bar. New hardwood floors throughout with water popping and custom staining to achieve a seamless look with a rich stain. New tile in the laundry room and bathroom, updating electrical, replacing chandeliers, updating water valves etc. paint throughout. The crew was timely and respectfully as they dutifully worked for three months to completely transform our home. They worked diligently to custom match our existing cabinets—No builder grade shakers here! All custom, gorgeous carpentry work. If something wasn’t perfect—They did it again. Jose took time to visit the slab yard and hardwood floors to ensure everything sourced was of the best quality—Something I really appreciated. His team was always respectful, hardworking and kind. They worked 6 days a week around the clock to ensure we received an excellent product. I look forward to working with him again and wouldn’t dare allow anyone else to touch our home. The only thing I ask is that he doesn’t get tooooo busy to take on my smaller projects :) Rarely do people walk away with zero complaints after an extensive remodel. I have none and would recommend Jose time and time again. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

From our first meeting I knew that our project was in good hands with Silva Remodeling. Jose came on site and offered multiple options for our bathroom remodel. In the end the project was more complicated than he thought, but he and his crew found creative solutions without charging us more, something only a talented crew and solid Project Manager could do. They also seamlessly added new hardwoods throughout the house. Highly recommend them for all your projects.

Jose was awesome! Super easy to work with, great at communicating expectations, fair pricing, felt like the work was important to him and he valued our business. He and his crew removed a wall in our house and installed a beam in a timely fashion and demonstrated a wealth of knowledge when asked questions.

Jose and his team at Silva Remodeling built and installed a custom “cloffice” - complete with 2 floating shelves, a floating desk, and 6 new electrical outlets. In addition, Silva Remodeling painted, patched drywall, and sealed in various places. The quality is outstanding. The desk and shelves are incredibly sturdy. Jose was excellent at keeping me updated on progress, and involving me at just the right times to make various choices. I highly recommend Silva Remodeling, and will certainly be contacting Jose about future projects.
