Mario was amazing!! He was prompt and so polite. His work was impeccable and he was super clean. We will surely use Mario for more work around our house. Mario even went above and beyond by not only painting the walls but also all of the trim. After completing the work, Mario spent time cleaning the site and ensuring that everything had been returned to the proper location. I didn’t purchase enough paint so Mario was kind enough to go back to the paint store to get more. He brought the receipt and didn’t charge a dime more for the paint then it originally cost to purchase.

Moran and his crew killed it! I contacted Moran for a quote and he was on site working the next day. He drywalled a 11x11 room for me in just 1.5 days. These guys rock! They are very professional and if I need more services in the future I will definitely be contacting him again. Thank you!

Mario and his crew did a great job. He did exactly what I asked, gave me a quote that didn't go up and the quality of work was great. After working a full day, he left his house and came back to my house around 8 pm to fix an issue I told him could wait till the morning. He insisted he come back and fix the problem that night..i thought wow that's the kind of people I like dealing with. I will definitely use him again!!

I actually found Mario & Moran Remodeling on Thumbtack, when searching for floor installers. Mario had gotten consistently good reviews, so I had him come out for an estimate. I has several other contractors come out as well, and Mario's was the best. I actually checked a reference on Mario, who he had done some significant remolding for, and this gentleman said fantastic things about Mario's work and his work ethic. Anyway, I had Mario come out last week, and between Tuesday and Friday, he and his crew removed my old floors and baseboard, laid the new floors, and 260+ feet of baseboard, changed out 3 old ceiling fans with new ones, installed a brand new fan, which required a new installation, replaced 4 light switches with new ones for the fans, hung a new door in my garage, including the new frame and installed a new 8 foot sliding glass door. In 4 days. Mario is a magician! I was literally "floored". What can I say? Not enough great things I assure you. Use him - for everything you need done to your house. I know I will be moving forward. His work is exceptional, his turn-around time is ridiculously quick and the value is unmatched.

There are never prices to finish because all the works are different to the others depends the cituacion and condition of the works thus will be the rate for that never gives a price without before seeing the work and also always gives a pleasant price to the client

Always optimistic to give solution to your problems to build something or repair with work guarantee and always do something additional so that the customer is satisfied
