I will not only come, clean, or stage, but will also organize overcrowded or cluttered rooms, hoards, abandoned, make-ready. In the case of overcrowding, if you have a lot of items that could be sold, I can help guide you through best avenues of sale, such as eBay, Craigslist, donation yard or garage sales, or I can sell them for you for percentage splits. I will also recycle any old or broken electronics, appliances, or electric household items, from curling irons to lawn mowers, and help you to recycle them in a profitable and environmentally safe way or teach you how to do it yourself (DIY), if that is what you prefer.
