FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard service call for inspections and diagnostics, which is applied toward the repair if the customer moves forward. Pricing is based on system complexity, materials, and labor. We focus on fair, transparent pricing and long-term solutions rather than quick fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site inspection to evaluate the system and identify issues. After diagnostics, we provide clear recommendations and pricing before proceeding with any work. For commercial and HOA clients, we also coordinate scheduling, documentation, and permits when required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold the required irrigation licensing, carry proper insurance, and stay up to date on industry standards, system diagnostics, and water management practices. Our experience includes two-wire systems, mechanical irrigation components, smart controllers, and code-compliant installations.
