Moved to Dallas area and don't know what to expect with existing HVAC system.
Frank found a leaking issue while performing a preliminary check, then came back when the temperature is right to clean up (very dirty) and tune up the sytem.
Honest, Thorough HVAC Service from Sanchez Brothers
We had Sanchez Brothers come out to check our HVAC system due to refrigerant concerns, and Francisco did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue and clearly identified that the system has a leak and a failing evaporator coil.
What I really appreciated was the time he took to walk me through everything. He explained the condition of our older system, what was happening internally, and what our options were moving forward. There was no pressure—just honest information and solid expertise.
After reviewing everything, he provided a quote for a new unit at a very competitive price.
Overall, it was a great experience. Francisco is knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. I would definitely recommend Sanchez Brothers to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.
