The installation was postponed twice - I have lost business closing twice in preparation for the countertop installation. the final installation was 10 days later then originally scheduled. I have made downpayment 15 days before. After installation I have received 4 phone calls and 4 text messages claiming that the owned needs final payment now to pay the installers. When I did not pay within 6 hours (since I needed to verify the installation).
I have received the text message: "I have been in contact with the fabricator this morning and since final payment was not received upon completion on the completion date she will be sending a crew back out this morning to disassemble the bar top. Please advise your staff to clear the bar top before the disassembling takes place."
